How to order a table?
Simply fill the form by choosing your desired table or having a customised one built for you. You can also email us the details and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.
How do I pay for my order?
Once we have responded to your form or email, we will email you the invoice and payment details.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay via PayPal or bank transfer.
How long does it take to get my order?
Once you have placed an order and paid, it would take us about 1 to 2 weeks to complete your order.
How do I arrange for delivery?
You can either pick up your order or have it delivered to you (additional fee required for delivery).
Can I choose the wood and finish?
Yes, you can. Please let us know in your order what type of wood and finish you would like us to use.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you've made an order, you cannot cancel it.
Can I change my order?
Once you've made an order, we will update you each step until it's been completed. You may still change your order if the wood has not been cut.
